How pricing works
Three kinds of work do not price the same way, so this page does not pretend they do.
Pricing
One price, one line on the invoice, and it is on this page rather than behind a form. Advertising is billed at cost on your own card and never marked up. Everything runs month to month after the first two.
// What a hire costs you today, published industry ranges
Staffing agency, one welder or CNC machinist
$10,000 to $25,000 per hire
Embedded recruiter, flat monthly
$5,000 to $20,000 per month
Recruitment outsourcing, small business scope
$4,000 to $8,000 per month
Manufacturing cost per hire, industry average
$2,400 to $5,800 per hire
An agency charges that once, for one person, and charges it again when that person leaves. These plans are monthly and cover every role you have open. Which one is cheaper depends entirely on how many people you hire: at one hire a year an agency is competitive, at three it is not close. The numbers are printed so you can do that arithmetic yourself instead of having it done at you on a call. If you would rather only pay when somebody is actually hired, the performance option below is priced for exactly that.
$1,250per month
One role live at a time. For a shop that adds two or three people a year, where a single empty seat is felt on the floor.
$2,500per month
Three roles open at once. The plan most shops on this list will want, and the one priced for a shop hiring steadily rather than once a year.
$4,500per month
Every role, every building. Each location gets its own board and its own numbers.
// Pay on results
A small monthly fee keeps the system live. The rest comes due when someone you hired is still there at ninety days. A flat fee rather than a percentage, so a twenty year machinist costs you the same as a green one. If they leave inside ninety days we fill it again and you pay nothing.
We only get paid when you hire.

Two months to start, then month to month with thirty days notice and no exit fee. Founding pricing holds through 2026 and your rate is locked for twelve months from the day you start. Every applicant record is yours and exports on request, including on the day you leave.
Everything ships to accounts registered in your name. The code, the domain, the advertising accounts and the data behind them are yours, and we hold access rather than ownership. You could end this tomorrow and keep every part of it.
Scope and price are agreed in writing before anything is built, and the price does not move unless you change what you asked for. Where a system makes a promise about speed, the timing is measured server side on a clock we do not set, and a failure is recorded as a failure rather than rounded away.
Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. Tell us what is slow, missed or done by hand at the moment. If we are not the right fix for it, we will say so on the call.
