What we collect, and what we do not

One thing: whatever you type into the booking form. That is your name, your email address, and optionally your business name, phone number, project type and message. Nothing on this site collects any of that unless you fill the form in and submit it.

The web server also keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, the pages requested and the time of the request. Every website has these. They are kept by our hosting provider and used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no third-party tracker in this site's code. You are not being profiled here, and nothing about your visit is sold or shared with advertisers.

No cookies are set for tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your form submission is used for one purpose: to reply to you and to talk about the work you enquired about. It is not added to a mailing list, and no automated marketing sequence is sent to you.

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation or an active engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own business records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time and it will be.

The site runs on Cloudflare, and the form data is stored in a Cloudflare database. That means Cloudflare processes it as our hosting provider. Typefaces are served from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive the request for the font files when you load a page.

Beyond those, your information is not shared, sold, or passed to anyone. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and it will be handled — there is no form to fill in and no account to log into.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Those rights are honoured regardless of where you are.

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
